<Poem>
村杏野桃繁似雪
行人不醉爲誰開
賴逢山縣盧明府
引我花前勸一杯

<Translation>
Blooms of village apricots and wild peaches
Cluster like snow.
If the passerby isn't tipsy on seeing them,
For whom do they blossom?
I'm fortunate to have met Magistrate Lu,
Chief of this mountainous district,
Who presses me into his company
Urging a wine-cup before the blossoms.
